Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Customer Service Representative which can be converted to a full time role at the end of the internship. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experience. The role requires managing communications via multiple channels to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries. Qualifications Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills Experience in enhancing Customer Experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and remotely Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus Pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, or related field is beneficial
