Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Specialist - Domestic. The selected candidate will focus on lead generation, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and expanding the domestic client base. Daily tasks include conducting market research, driving customer engagement, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and approach potential customers and uncover business opportunities
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, customer needs, and business data
• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of the fashion industry and its trends is an added advantage
• Prior experience in business development of womenswear is preferred
