About Our Client

• This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to build scalable growth engines and steer the business into its next phase of expansion.
• Growth, Strategy and Operations
• Develop and execute growth strategies across digital and offline channels
• Drive performance marketing (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) to optimize CAC and LTV
• Lead SEO, email, referral, and influencer programs to boost user acquisition and retention
• Build and manage growth dashboards to track key metrics and campaign ROI
• Run experiments to improve funnel conversions and uncover new growth levers
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Content teams for integrated growth initiatives
  

The Successful Applicant

• 7-15 years of experience in growth marketing, or strategy roles
• Experience working in a high-growth start up or digital product company
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth in B2B/B2C digital-first businesses
• Deep understanding of marketing funnels, performance channels, and experimentation frameworks
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, HubSpot, or similar
• Ability to balance creative ideation with data-backed decision-making
• Experience in leading and scaling teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
