Our client is a fast-growing skincare brand committed to delivering science-backed, results-driven formulations to a new generation of conscious consumers. With a strong digital presence and loyal customer base, we’re now looking for a dynamic Head of Growth to accelerate our next phase of expansion across digital, retail, and international channels. As the Head of Growth , you will be responsible for leading and executing our full-funnel growth strategy. You’ll own customer acquisition, retention, performance marketing, CRO, and growth analytics — all while working closely with brand, product, and tech teams. Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing: Own paid marketing across channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, Affiliate, etc.) with a clear focus on CAC, ROAS, and LTV. Retention & CRM: Scale repeat revenue through email, SMS, WhatsApp, loyalty programs, and personalized journeys. Website Conversion & Optimization: Own website performance metrics – optimize UI/UX, A/B testing, and funnel conversion. Growth Analytics: Build a strong data layer and dashboards to measure campaign efficiency, customer cohorts, and channel performance. Growth Experiments: Design and execute high-impact growth experiments across product bundles, landing pages, influencers, partnerships, and geo expansion. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, brand marketing, tech, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team across growth, digital, and retention. Requirements: 8–12 years of relevant experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital marketing, ideally in a D2C beauty/skincare/FMCG brand. Deep understanding of acquisition and retention funnels with hands-on performance marketing experience. Proven track record of delivering aggressive growth targets in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like GA, Shopify, WebEngage/CleverTap, and Excel. Creative and execution-focused, with an entrepreneurial mindset. Good to Have: Prior experience scaling a digital-first beauty or wellness brand Exposure to influencer-led or content-driven growth Experience with omnichannel / offline-to-online integration
