Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our clients growing team at a leading beauty brand. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes content, social media, and influencer marketing and is excited to take full ownership of the brand’s digital presence. You will work closely with the Director and support the broader marketing team, which is currently more focused on traditional marketing. Your role will be to bring in the digital-first perspective and build high-performing campaigns that engage modern beauty consumers and drive business growth across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy: Define and execute the brand’s digital marketing roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and traditional marketing efforts. Social Media Management: Own and grow the brand's presence on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms; drive engagement and community growth. Content Creation: Partner with creative teams and agencies to develop fresh, relevant, and visually appealing content that resonates with our beauty-conscious audience. Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with beauty influencers (macro and micro) to amplify the brand voice, drive authentic advocacy, and build credibility. Performance Marketing: Work with internal or external partners to drive ROI-driven paid marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions. E-commerce Integration: Support digital campaigns that push sales on D2C platforms and online marketplaces. Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and generate insights to continuously improve strategy and execution. Trendspotting: Stay on top of digital trends, new platforms, and creator-led commerce to keep the brand ahead of the curve. What We’re Looking For: 6–10 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in the beauty, fashion, or D2C space. Proven experience leading social media and influencer campaigns from ideation to execution. Strong understanding of content strategy and digital storytelling. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Collaborative team player who can influence cross-functional stakeholders, including those with a more traditional marketing outlook. Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is a plus. Show more Show less
