Job Description:

W3 Care is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, driving lead generation, and managing end-to-end digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, etc.
• Manage SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content strategies.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
• Develop strategies to improve website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
• Oversee social media presence and ensure consistent brand communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and external vendors/agencies.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Prepare performance reports and present insights to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Ads, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
