Team Leadership & Compliance: Lead, train, and schedule production and support staff. Uphold hygiene, food safety, and FSSAI compliance across all processes. Conduct audits on temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and pest control measures. Maintain discipline, attendance, and uniform standards among team members. Reporting & Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for production and dispatch efficiency. Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production, stock, wastage, and team performance.
