We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally. Resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds. Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or team members. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes. Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest enhancements to our service. Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals. Qualifications: Any Bachelor's Degree Previous experience in customer service, ideally within an e-commerce environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
