Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our online marketing efforts across multiple digital channels. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong blend of creativity, analytical skills, and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for developing data-driven digital strategies, managing campaigns end-to-end, and driving brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement in a competitive digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Oversee website performance, user experience, and conversion rate optimization
  • Lead SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy
  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising tools
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics platforms and generate actionable insights
  • Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to align digital initiatives with broader marketing objectives
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI
  • Stay updated on emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all digital platforms

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or online brand management
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategy
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, marketing automation platforms, and CMS tools
  • Experience managing paid media budgets and optimizing campaigns for performance
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable strategies
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and performance tracking
  • Experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing environments
