Job Description

Business Development Manager at W3care Technologies will drive new business, strengthen client relationships, and manage end‑to‑end acquisition and onboarding of international and domestic clients for web, mobile app, and NBFC/fintech solutions from the Jaipur office.

Role overview

Designation: Business Development Manager

Experience: 3 to 7 years in IT services / software sales / business development

Location: Jaipur (In‑office)

CTC: 3 to 7 LPA with performance‑linked variable (approx. 20% of CTC)

Key responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients through outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, partnerships, and platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, email, and referrals.

Own the complete sales cycle: discovery, requirement understanding, solution positioning, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.

Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing accounts; drive upsell and cross‑sell of web, mobile, and digital solutions.

Coordinate with presales, technical, and project management teams to prepare estimates, proposals, and presentations aligned with client needs.

Lead client onboarding by ensuring smooth handover to delivery teams, setting expectations, and participating in kick‑off meetings.

Track sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and key metrics in CRM; provide periodic reports and insights to management.

Represent W3care in client meetings, events, and online demos; actively contribute to branding and thought‑leadership initiatives.

Required skills and qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field; MBA/PGDM in Marketing/IT is an advantage.

37 years of hands‑on experience in B2B IT services / software sales with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

Strong skills in client relationship management, client servicing, client onboarding, and client acquisition.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities with comfort interacting with CXO and senior stakeholders.

Good understanding of web/mobile technologies, SDLC, and typical client requirements in industries such as NBFC/finance, e‑commerce, and SaaS.

Experience working with CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.), sales automation tools, and online meeting platforms.

Preferred/added advantage

Experience selling to international markets (US, Europe, Middle East, or APAC).

Prior exposure to selling CMS, e‑commerce, mobile apps, or custom software development projects.
