Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate Business development Manager.

Experience: 2.5–4 years

Key Focus: Strategic partnerships, large deals, team mentoring

Responsibilities (specific to BDM):

* Identify & close large institutional deals (schools, colleges, coaching chains, government projects).

* Monitor team KPIs and ensure overall branch/individual and team target achievement.

* Responsible for individual and team target achievement.

* Build long-term strategic partnerships with key decision-makers (principals, directors, trustees).

* Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation for high-value deals.

* Develop & execute territory/segment-wise business development strategy.

* Mentor & guide junior BDAs and Sr. BDAs.

* Attend major education conferences/exhibitions and represent the company at senior level.

* Monitor team KPIs and ensure overall branch/team target achievement.

* Contribute to product feedback & new offering ideas based on market insights.

* Create high-quality video/content for branding & thought leadership.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree + 2.5–4 years in EdTech/education B2B sales particularly from Byju's.

* Monitor team KPIs and ensure overall branch/individual and team target achievement.

* Responsible for individual and team target achievement.

* Proven experience in closing large-ticket or institutional deals.

* Excellent relationship-building & stakeholder management skills.

* Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.

* Experience handling a small team is a plus.
