The ideal candidate for this position will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in sales, business development, or related fields within the real estate industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategic Planning:** Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. - **Market Research:** Conduct market analysis and research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential clients within the real estate industry. - **Lead Generation:** Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other proactive outreach efforts. - **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver customized solutions. - **Proposal Development:** Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of Anantam Advisors. - **Negotiation and Closing:** Negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and closing deals effectively. - **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and project management, to coordinate business development efforts and maximize cross-selling opportunities. - **Performance Tracking:** Monitor and analyze sales performance, business metrics, and market trends to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. - **Client Feedback:** Gather client feedback and insights to continuously improve service offerings and enhance the client experience. - **Networking and Industry Engagement:** Represent Anantam Advisors at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand brand awareness and foster new business relationships. **Qualifications Required:** - Total work experience: 1 year (Preferred) The company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, performance bonus, and yearly bonus.
