Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven business development manager to lead our sales initiatives, acquire new clients, and build strong business relationships. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing end-to-end business development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify potential clients, schedule meetings, and present company services/solutions.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal drafting to negotiation and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for solution delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and reports.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, events, and networking platforms.
  • Mentor and support junior business development executives as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a business development manager
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Experience in B2B sales, IT sales, or service-based sales (as per requirement).
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, CRM tools, and lead generation techniques.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
