The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with a strong background in digital commerce, brand revitalization, and operational turnaround. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will work closely with the Board to reposition the company for sustained profitability and long-term growth. Key Responsibilities Business Turnaround: Diagnose core issues, streamline operations, optimize cost structures, and drive profitability. Digital Transformation: Spearhead digital-first initiatives, including e-commerce growth, customer experience enhancements, and data-driven decision-making. Strategic Leadership: Redefine the company’s vision and strategy with a focus on innovation, customer centricity, and agile execution. Team Building & Culture: Build a high-performing leadership team and foster a culture of accountability, speed, and excellence. Omnichannel Focus: Integrate online and offline channels to deliver a seamless customer experience. Stakeholder Management: Communicate transparently and effectively with the Board, investors, partners, and employees. Ideal Candidate Profile 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail, D2C, e-commerce, or consumer businesses. Proven track record of leading business turnarounds or high-growth digital transformations. Deep understanding of omnichannel retail, digital platforms, and customer experience strategies. Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in P&L, operations, and brand building. Inspirational leadership style with the ability to manage change and drive results under pressure.
