Product Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a Product Designer to help shape the next generation of our Data Platform. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Design, Innovation/Growth, Strategy/Scale, Customer Experience, Data Science & Analytics, and Technology. Key Responsibilities: Develop a strong understanding of business objectives, user needs, technical constraints, and the competitive landscape within your product domain. Identify and analyze user problems to deliver on-brand, user-centric design solutions aligned with measurable business goals. Plan, prioritize, and execute various aspects of the design process — from conceptualization to interaction and interface design, asset creation, production, and usability testing. Influence product direction by delivering a range of outputs such as design concepts, high-fidelity visuals, and interactive prototypes that guide product development. Partner with researchers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences with measurable outcomes. Maintain attention to detail by tracking timelines, tasks, feedback loops, and open decisions — and ensure proactive communication with the team. Clearly communicate design decisions and strategies to various audiences, tailoring your message to different stakeholders. Independently lead and manage smaller project tracks with minimal supervision. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Product Designer. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field from institutions such as NIFT, NID, IIT, or equivalent professional training (e.g., HFI, Design Boat, Designer’s Academy). A strong portfolio demonstrating product and interaction design skills is required for review.
