Join the dynamic NamFam Technology Team based in India and be part of a community that supports young people making waves in the region. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own end-to-end product design process, including user research, ideation, prototyping, and delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business and user needs into usable, scalable designs. - Translate concepts into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. - Conduct usability testing, iterate based on user feedback and data. - Champion design consistency by contributing to and evolving the design system. - Present design work to stakeholders, justifying decisions with user insight and design rationale. - Act as a mentor to junior designers and promote design best practices across teams. **Qualifications:** - 4-6 years of experience in product design with a portfolio showcasing UX/UI across platforms. - Deep understanding of UX principles, design systems, accessibility, and responsive design. - Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like Principle or Framer. - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment. - Experience with user research and testing methods. - A degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent is a plus.
