Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Partner Growth Analyst to manage key brand accounts, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights. This role involves daily performance tracking, developing performance decks, resolving issues, and collaborating with commercial teams on stock inbounding, brand planning, inventory management, and payments. The ideal candidate will have experience in eCommerce and category management, with a focus on brand growth and performance.

What you'll do:

• Manage key brand accounts and ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor daily brand performance and share regular performance reports.
• Identify issues and propose solutions to improve brand performance.
• Support stock inbounding, brand planning, inventory management and replenishments.
• Build brand health by identifying and tracking KPIs.
• Analyze sales data and compare performance to competitors.
• Recommend changes to pricing and strategies to expedite sales.
• Collaborate with category managers to drive brand growth on the platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field from a reputable institution.
• 2-3+ years of experience in analytics (eCommerce, Analytics, Consulting, FMCG, or Category Management preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint; SQL knowledge preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Ambitious, hardworking, and eager to drive brand growth.
