Supply Chain Coordinator

🧩 What You'll Be Owning:

• Managing delivery schedules across all brands to hit monthly intake targets
• Coordinating with buying teams and suppliers for smooth inbound order flow
• Collecting, filing, and managing all shipping documentation
• Building strong working relationships with suppliers to ensure timely collections
• Managing the end-to-end supply chain process including procurement, warehousing, and supplier coordination
• Identifying gaps in delivery timelines and process efficiency—and putting in place KPIs to keep all stakeholders in check
• Ensuring that both internal teams and external vendors meet timelines with accurate, well-maintained data

🔍 What We're Looking For:

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or merchandise coordination
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Great at managing multiple moving parts and timelines
• Proactive communicator and relationship builder
• Ability to work cross-functionally with buying, warehousing, and vendor teams
