Supply Chain Coordinator

As a Supply Chain Coordinator at Namshi, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our fashion-forward products land on time, every time. You will be responsible for managing delivery schedules across all brands, coordinating with buying teams and suppliers, collecting and managing shipping documentation, and building strong working relationships with suppliers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing delivery schedules across all brands to hit monthly intake targets - Coordinating with buying teams and suppliers for smooth inbound order flow - Collecting, filing, and managing all shipping documentation - Building strong working relationships with suppliers to ensure timely collections - Managing the end-to-end supply chain process including procurement, warehousing, and supplier coordination - Identifying gaps in delivery timelines and process efficiency and putting in place KPIs to keep all stakeholders in check - Ensuring that both internal teams and external vendors meet timelines with accurate, well-maintained data We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications: - Experience in supply chain, logistics, or merchandise coordination - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple moving parts and timelines effectively - Proactive communicator and relationship builder - Capability to work cross-functionally with buying, warehousing, and vendor teams At Namshi, we believe in the fast-paced nature of the fashion industry and are always striving to keep up.
