We are looking for a proactive and creative Brand Collaborations Executive to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing influencer and brand partnerships that align with our brand identity. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of social media trends, and a passion for community engagement. Key Responsibilities: Influencer Onboarding: Identify and reach out to influencers, content creators, and like-minded brands for collaboration opportunities. Campaign Execution: Plan and execute influencer and brand campaigns to drive brand awareness, product promotions, and conversions. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, brand partners, and agencies. Negotiation: Negotiate deliverables, barter deals, and paid collaborations as per campaign goals and budgets. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. Content Review: Coordinate and review influencer content for brand consistency before it goes live. Reporting: Maintain detailed records and reports of all collaborations, including performance metrics and feedback. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or digital marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms. Preferred Skills: Basic understanding of paid ads and ROI-driven campaigns. Creative mindset with an eye for trends and content. Key Responsibilities: o Proactively visit the market, identify new dealers, and pitch GrandPitstop products. o Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with dealers, ensuring ongoing business. o Present and demonstrate products to dealers, highlighting key features and benefits to generate sales. o Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by securing orders from dealers. o Expand GrandPitstop’s market footprint by acquiring new dealers and driving product visibility. o Collect and ensure timely payments from dealers, maintaining accurate payment records. o Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure dealer satisfaction and loyalty. o Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors. o Report daily sales activities, field progress, and payment statuses to the sales manager. Requirements:  Proven experience in hardcore field sales, with a minimum of 2 years, preferably in the automobile industry.  Fluency in the local language, with strong communication skills in English.  Highly target-oriented with a demonstrated ability to close deals and generate consistent sales.  Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field, with a focus on market expansion.  Strong relationship-building skills with dealers and the ability to maintain business partnerships.  Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field full-time.  Understanding of sales processes and dealer management in the automotive industry.
