Partner Growth Analyst

You are invited to join the dynamic NamFam Analytics Team at Namshi, the leading online multi-brand fashion and beauty platform in the Middle East. As a part of this team based in India, you will have the opportunity to manage key brand accounts, monitor brand performance, propose solutions for improvement, and collaborate with category managers to drive brand growth on the platform. - Manage key brand accounts and ensure optimal performance. - Monitor daily brand performance and share regular performance reports. - Identify issues and propose solutions to improve brand performance. - Support stock inbounding, brand planning, inventory management, and replenishments. - Build brand health by identifying and tracking KPIs. - Analyze sales data and compare performance to competitors. - Recommend changes to pricing and strategies to expedite sales. - Collaborate with category managers to drive brand growth on the platform. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field from a reputable institution. - 2-3+ years of experience in analytics (eCommerce, Analytics, Consulting, FMCG, or Category Management preferred). - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint; SQL knowledge preferred. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Ambitious, hardworking, and eager to drive brand growth.
