Role Overview

Growth Manager

What You’ll Do

• Grow our Instagram & LinkedIn presence

  organically through consistent, insight-led content.

• Run experiments

  on paid campaigns — test ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to drive conversions.

• Design and oversee creatives

  using Canva (and freelancers when needed).

• Manage & optimize WordPress landing pages

  for performance and clarity.
• Track, report, and iterate based on

  growth metrics

  — engagement, reach, CTR, CAC, LTV, and lead quality.
• Work closely with the Founder and team to plan

  monthly campaigns

  , launches, and workshops.
• Explore

  collaboration opportunities

  with influencers, doctors, and wellness partners.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong grasp of

  Instagram + LinkedIn content strategy

  and community building.
• Basic design & copywriting flair (Canva proficiency is a must).
• Analytical mindset with curiosity for metrics and experiments.
• Comfortable with WordPress, Meta Ad Manager, or similar tools.
• Prior experience running or growing your own digital profile (5K+ followers preferred).
• Ability to work independently, meet timelines, and bring creative energy.

Good to Have

• Hands-on experience in running

  Facebook or Google Ads.

• Exposure to health, wellness, or women-focused brands.
• Understanding of D2C funnel metrics and user retention strategies.

Work Setup

• Location:

  Bangalore, In Office

• Schedule: Flexible, outcome-based (Monday–Friday)
• Compensation:

  Fixed + performance bonuses

  based on growth milestones
• Reports to:

  Founder, She Heals (Shomia Biswas)
