What You Bring 2–4 years of experience in agritech, consulting, operations, or high-growth startups where ambiguity is the norm. A Master's in Agricultural Economics, Rural Development, Agribusiness—or a proven track record that speaks louder than credentials. Fluency in Marathi and English (Hindi a plus); able to communicate seamlessly from boardroom to village choupal. To power this, we’re hiring a Director – Agri Labour Networks to lead recruitment, mobilisation, and deployment of 10,000+ rural workers over the next 12 months.
