Build the Uber for Bharat’s Farm Workforce | Lead Rural Ops Across Maharashtra

Director – Agri Labour Networks

You’ll architect the entire labour supply ecosystem—from tribal belts to farm gates—working closely with NGOs, mukadams, SHGs, training partners, and local government.

What You’ll Own

• Build and scale a

  tech-enabled agri labour marketplace

  from the ground up
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, skilling, and mobilisation of farm labour across grape and banana belts
• Establish a trusted labour partner network:

  mukadams, NGOs, SHGs, training institutes, and gram panchayats

• Oversee deployment for seasonal tasks like pruning, spraying, harvesting, grading, and packhouse operations
• Own fulfilment and retention metrics across all districts
• Lead field operations team across 8–10 talukas; drive data-backed execution
• Work closely with our product and skilling teams to

  digitise workflows, design incentives, and create career paths for rural labour

You’re a Great Fit If You Have...

• 5+ years

  experience managing

  blue-collar or farm labour

  in rural/tier-3 India
• Proven experience

  mobilising workers

  in agriculture, logistics, infra, or skilling
• Deep field exposure to Maharashtra’s horticulture markets (tribal regions, grape/banana belts, agri clusters)
• Strong relationships with

  FPOs, SHGs, NSDC partners, and rural placement agencies

• High ownership mindset; fluent in Marathi and English
• Willingness to

  spend 15+ days/month on-ground

  with field teams
