Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Software Engineering & Solutions located in Lucknow. The Head of Software Engineering & Solutions will be responsible for overseeing software development projects, managing engineering teams, leading software solutions, and ensuring robust enterprise architecture. This role involves a blend of strategic leadership, project management, and hands-on technical development to drive innovative software solutions and align with the company's goals.

Focus: Full-stack, Cloud, Architecture, Team Leadership

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all full-stack development projects (web, mobile, APIs)
• Cloud architecture and DevOps practices
• Team building and engineering management
• Client solution architecture for traditional software projects
• Quality assurance and delivery processes

Required Skills:

• Strong full-stack development (React, Node.js, Python, databases)
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and DevOps
• Team leadership experience (10+ engineers)
• System architecture and scalability
• Client-facing technical consultation
• Software Testing Automation & TDD.

Qualifications:

• Ready to be in Lucknow
• Hands-on Software Development skills
• Experience in Project Management
• Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in AI, SaaS, custom software building or related industries
