YoCharge is a global EV Charging & Energy Management SaaS company, helping Charge Point Operators (CPOs), eMobility Service Providers (eMSPs), and Fleets to launch, operate, and scale their EV businesses. Under its product suite, YoMobility – EV Fleet Management System (FMS) empowers fleet operators with intelligent tools for driver management, vehicle tracking, charging optimization, payments, and data-driven insights.


Role Overview


We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify leads, build strong relationships with prospects, and support the growth of YoMobility in India. The SDR will be the first point of contact for potential fleet operator clients, logistics companies, ride-hailing services, and corporate EV adopters, playing a pivotal role in driving pipeline and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and research potential fleet operators, logistics players, ride-hailing companies, and corporate EV adopters in India.
  • Prospect through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events to generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand fleet needs and challenges, and position

    YoMobility – EV FMS

    as the solution.
  • Manage inbound leads from marketing campaigns and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers & Account Executives for demos and closures.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in the CRM.
  • Track industry trends in fleet electrification, EV adoption, and smart mobility to refine outreach.
  • Represent YoCharge at trade shows, conferences, and networking events when required.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, enterprise sales development, or inside sales (preferably in EV, mobility, logistics, or fleet tech).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and prospecting ability with a hunter mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
