As we grow our 20+ member team, we’re looking for a People & Culture Assistant to lead recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, employee engagement, and people-related compliance. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at our location in Udaipur. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and benefits administration on a day-to-day basis. Key Responsibilities: Lead in recruitment coordination – job postings, scheduling, candidate communication Support smooth onboarding & documentation for new team members Maintain organized employee records, leave logs, and attendance updates Help implement company policies and SOPs Help foster a great workplace culture Assist in HR compliance (offer letters, contracts, ID collection) Qualifications A graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
