Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:

• Onboarding:

   Welcome new hires, making their first days at Incresco smooth and inspiring.

• Employee Relations:

   Be a trusted resource for our team, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism.

• HR Administration:

   Maintain accurate records and stay on top of our HR systems, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

• Special Projects:

   Collaborate on innovative HR initiatives that shape the Incresco experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

• 1-4

  years of experience in HR.
• Excellent

  organizational and time-management

  skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HR systems and software is a plus.
• Self-starter with a
