About Visibol

Visibol is an execution partner for early-stage startups and SMEs. We help founders and businesses turn ideas into reality through end-to-end IT services — from research, UI/UX design, development, AI/ML integrations, cloud/DevOps, to go-to-market. We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can own outbound prospecting, generate qualified leads, and close accounts to directly contribute to Visibol’s revenue growth.

As an SDR at Visibol, you’ll play a hybrid role — part prospector, part closer. You will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of prospects, running high-volume outreach campaigns, qualifying opportunities, and closing smaller deals independently, while working with senior management on larger accounts. If you have a track record of success in IT services sales and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, this role is for you.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end outbound sales: research, list-building, outreach, qualification, follow-up, and closure.
  • Source and build target lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar tools.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp/SMS).
  • Enrich and qualify leads with firmographics, decision-maker info, and buying intent.
  • Book and run discovery meetings; deliver initial value proposition and pitch Visibol’s IT services.
  • Independently close small- to mid-sized accounts; coordinate with Sr. Management for larger accounts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize ad campaigns and convert inbound leads.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline metrics (MQL → SQL → Won revenue).
  • Produce weekly reports on activity, meetings, conversion, and revenue closed.
  • Continuously test outreach strategies and share learnings to refine the sales playbook.

Must-Have Experience & Skills

  • 2–3 years of outbound sales / business development experience.
  • Proven success in selling

    IT services, SaaS, or technology solutions

    .
  • Experience closing deals (not just booking demos).
  • Strong cold calling, cold email, and LinkedIn outreach skills.
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead databases.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with ability to pitch to founders/decision-makers.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented with a clear focus on revenue.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

  • Prior experience selling to

    early-stage startups, SMBs, or founders

  • Exposure to

    ad/marketing campaigns

    (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or lead-gen funnels).
  • Familiarity with outbound automation tools and sequence builders.
  • Understanding of services like product development, AI/ML integrations, cloud/DevOps, or UI/UX design.
  • Basic analytics/reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
