What you'll own

  • Prospecting & outreach

    : Research and identify potential customers, and run personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, and calls.
  • Qualifying leads

    : Understand customer pain points, business needs, and ensure a strong fit with WotNot’s platform.
  • Pipeline building

    : Generate and nurture a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Discovery conversations

    : Be the first touchpoint for prospects — listen, ask the right questions, and spark interest.
  • Collaboration

    : Work closely with Account Executives and the Marketing team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Market insight

    : Gather feedback from prospects and share learnings to help shape GTM strategy.



You should have

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role (SaaS experience is a big plus).
  • Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.
  • A natural curiosity to understand business problems and how technology solves them.
  • Resilience and persistence — you enjoy the challenge of turning “no” into “maybe” and “maybe” into “yes.”
  • Comfort using sales tools (CRM, email outreach platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • A growth mindset — eager to learn, iterate, and improve every day.
