Senior User Experience Designer

About Us:

Senior UI/UX Designer

Your Role:

You’ll own the user experience from end to end — working on dashboards, landing pages, mobile responsiveness, and AI-based interaction flows. You’ll collaborate with graphic designers, developers, and product owners to bring concepts to life, backed by research and user understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth user research and translate insights into personas, user journeys, and wireframes.
• Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes in

  Figma

  aligned with product goals.
• Design intuitive, visually appealing, and scalable UI for web applications and mobile-first interfaces.
• Collaborate with the frontend and graphics team to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Introduce

  AI-inspired UI flows

  or enhance user interaction using conversational AI and smart design.
• Continuously test and iterate based on feedback and data.

Requirements:

• 3–6+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design (portfolio required).
• Strong command of

  Figma

  , prototyping tools, and user research techniques.
• Experience designing SaaS platforms, preferably in HRTech or AI-powered applications.
• Deep understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
• Ability to think like a product strategist — not just a designer.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work in a collaborative team environment.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with AI/ML tools or data-driven product UX.
• Familiarity with tools like Maze, Hotjar, or FigJam for research and testing.
• Animation or motion design experience (Micro-interactions, transitions).
