Join Havells’ UX Design team to craft intuitive and impactful experiences across smart home appliances. As a User Experience Designer, you’ll lead end-to-end design efforts—from concept to delivery—collaborating with UX, industrial designers, and researchers to shape seamless user journeys. 

Key responsibilities

• Design user-centric solutions informed by research, feedback, and business goals. 
• Lead strategic design processes to elevate product experiences. 
• Translate requirements into use cases and experience frameworks. 
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI specifications. 
• Present and iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback. 

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-4 years in UX, interaction design, or information architecture
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design work.
• Proficiency in Figma plugins with AI, FigJam, Maze, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IoT ecosystem and Ability to work in agile environments. 
• Familiarity with design systems and visual design standards. 
• AI-Driven Design Thinking: Skilled in integrating AI into ideation, prototyping, and mapping user journeys.
