Job Summary As an SDR at Per4mance Guru, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new business opportunities. This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of research, communication, and sales skills. You will be instrumental in building the sales pipeline and contributing directly to the agency's success. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research and identify target companies and ideal customer profiles (ICPs) using various data scraping tools, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator), and industry directories. Develop and maintain a robust database of potential leads. Scrape and enrich data to ensure lead information is accurate and up-to-date. Outreach & Communication: Craft and execute compelling cold email campaigns to introduce our services and generate interest. Conduct high-volume cold calls to key decision-makers, effectively navigating gatekeepers and engaging prospects in meaningful conversations. Utilize professional networking platforms to connect with and qualify prospects. Sales Process & CRM Management: Manage and maintain all sales-related data, activities, and communication in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Accurately track and report on all sales development activities and results. Nurture leads and follow up on a timely basis. Meeting & Deal Management: Successfully book qualified meetings and demonstrations for senior sales team members. For the right candidate with proven performance, the role may expand to include closing smaller deals independently. Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads. Performance & Goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified meetings, outreach activities, and pipeline generation. Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback. Qualifications Experience: Proven experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience with cold calling and cold email outreach is essential. Familiarity with data scraping tools and techniques is a significant plus. Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify leads. Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Mindset: A go-getter attitude with a strong sense of urgency and a desire to win. Resilient and able to handle rejection with a positive attitude. Eager to learn and grow within the sales function. Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and take initiative.
