Role Overview:


Sales Development Representative (SDR)


Key responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers through market research, outbound prospecting, and CRM tools.
  • Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate qualified leads.
  • Engage and qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns.
  • Effectively communicate KYC Hub’s value proposition, product capabilities, and differentiation.
  • Schedule and coordinate product demos with the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and outcomes in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach campaigns and messaging.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong understanding of lead generation tools 
  • High motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products and business use cases.


Nice to haves

  • Experience in selling to financial institutions or compliance teams.
  • Experience in closing deals
  • Proven success in achieving or exceeding SDR quotas.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global team environment.
