Our platform automates medical records, SOAP notes, and call summaries through intelligent dictation. Available on mobile, desktop, and web, we integrate directly with EMR systems to eliminate manual documentation work. Features include Auto-SOAP generation, AI Assistant for administrative tasks, automated call summaries, and flexible dictation across any application.

We're a remote-first organization with 38 teammates, primarily Developers plus Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Admin teams. Headquartered in Halifax (Canada) with a Toronto office, our team spans Canada (majority), the US (2), and Europe (5 across Poland, Denmark, and Ukraine).

In this role, you'll conduct 50+ daily cold calls, navigate gatekeepers to reach decision-makers, and book demos that fuel our sales pipeline. Your success directly impacts our Sales team's ability to focus on closing deals rather than prospecting.
This results-driven position requires creating positive experiences during cold outreach. Veterinary professionals should feel genuinely engaged, not pressured, which leads to higher-quality demos and better conversion rates for our Account Executives.
Your performance will be measured by call volume (minimum 50 daily) and demo bookings (targeting multiple per week).Β
You'll be on the Marketing team and will collaborate with the Sales team and three Account Executives for demo handoffs, while working closely with our Marketing Manager on lead generation strategies.
