Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients and target accounts that align with the ideal customer profiles for Fusion Foams and Gravolite products. Utilize various tools and platforms (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, etc.) to build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new applications, and competitive landscapes. Outreach & Engagement: Execute multi-channel outreach strategies, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and other relevant communication methods, to initiate contact with prospects. Craft compelling and personalized messaging that highlights the value proposition of Fusion Foams and Gravolite products, addressing specific pain points and needs of different industries. Overcome objections and rejections gracefully, maintaining a positive and persistent attitude. Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification calls with prospects to assess their needs, budget, authority, timeline, and overall fit for Fusion Foams and Gravolite solutions. Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products and services. Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organizations. Appointment Setting: Successfully schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations for the Account Executives/Sales Managers. Provide comprehensive hand-off notes to the sales team to ensure a smooth transition and maximize conversion rates. CRM Management: Accurately record all sales activities, prospect interactions, and lead statuses in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Maintain a clean and organized database to ensure data integrity and effective pipeline management. Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging, share market insights, and optimize sales strategies. Provide regular reports on activity metrics, pipeline growth, and conversion rates. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales best practices. Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales role, preferably in B2B. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding outreach and lead qualification targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely. Strong active listening skills and the ability to ask insightful questions. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms. Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient, with a strong desire to learn and grow. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Familiarity with the manufacturing, construction, sports, or fitness industries is a plus.
