As a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager with expertise in Domestic IT Staffing, your role is crucial in driving client acquisition, building strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets within the Indian IT services market. You should have a proven track record in selling staffing solutions, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new client opportunities in the Indian IT services market. - Build and maintain strategic partnerships to expand the company's client base. - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Stay updated on IT skill sets, staffing models, and market trends to provide relevant solutions. - Utilize CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and sales reporting for efficient sales operations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. - 4-8 years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing Sales / Business Development. - Strong understanding of IT skill sets, staffing models (C2H, Permanent, Contract), and market trends. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing new business. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong existing network with IT clients, system integrators, or product companies in India. - Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and sales reporting. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience working with MSP / VMS clients in the domestic market. - Experience in managing large enterprise accounts and multi-location clients. - Familiarity with recruitment/delivery processes for niche and vanilla IT skills.
