Sales Business Development Manager

As an experienced Sales Manager in the B2B/Facility Management industry, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team to achieve set targets. You will need to have at least 5+ years of experience in this field and hold a degree in Any Graduation, with a preference for candidates with an MBA in Sales/Marketing. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing effective marketing strategies and analyzing trends and results - Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, while projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products - Planning to ensure the achievement of divisional and personal targets, aligning with company sales policies and strategies - Managing, developing, coaching, controlling, and motivating the sales force to enhance their skills and ensure the achievement of monthly sales targets and KPIs - Conducting meetings with customers to understand their evolving needs and assess the quality of the company's relationship with them - Creating and executing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to target key demographics - Providing daily reports on field sales success and communicating Voice of the Customer (VOC) data to superiors Additionally, as part of this role, you will be expected to meet with 3 to 4 clients daily, requiring regular travel within the allocated territory. Candidates who possess a Two Wheeler will be preferred, as this is a necessity for the role. Please note that the fuel and maintenance of the vehicle will be covered as per the company policy.
