Role Overview


We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager (EAP & Healthcare) to drive B2B Employee Assistance Program (EAP) adoption and expand HopeQure’s digital healthcare presence in the corporate sector, while also supporting B2C growth.

This role demands sales expertise, marketing innovation, and a passion for employee well-being.


Key ResponsibilitiesB2B (Corporate EAP & Wellness Programs)


  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire, grow, and retain corporate clients across industries.
  • Pitch HopeQure’s EAP, OPD, and holistic wellness solutions to HR leaders, CHROs, and Insurance companies.
  • Customize proposals and wellness dashboards for corporates to enhance workforce productivity, engagement, and retention.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise accounts, ensuring quarterly and annual sales targets are met.
  • Lead corporate wellness campaigns, workshops, and events to showcase HopeQure’s solutions.

  • B2C (Digital Healthcare Services)


    • Drive growth in doctor consultations, therapy sessions, and wellness programs for individuals.
    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
    • Leverage SEO, SEM, and social media to strengthen brand visibility.

  • Cross-Functional & Strategic


    • Collaborate with product, operations, and clinical teams to deliver seamless client service.
    • Analyze sales data and marketing performance to optimize strategy and improve ROI.
    • Explore new partnerships, distribution networks, and industry collaborations.
    • Ensure high client satisfaction through excellent service delivery and after-sales support.
    Qualifications & Skills


    • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
    • 4–8 years of experience in corporate sales, EAP/HR solutions, healthcare, wellness, SaaS, or HR tech.
    • Proven track record of B2B client acquisition and sales success.
    • Familiarity with EAP, OPD, mental health, or employee wellness industry preferred.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (CXO/CHRO-level experience is a plus).
    • Strong digital marketing and CRM tool knowledge.
    • Analytical, data-driven approach with ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
