Role Overview

Marketing and Business Development Interns

What You’ll Do
  • Assist with day-to-day business development, marketing and operational activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support business management and service delivery.
  • Contribute to data analysis and process optimization to improve efficiency.
  • Provide operational support for sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Streamline communication between teams and clients.
  • Help with reports, documentation, and compliance checks.
  • Ensure smooth execution of customer support processes.

Path to Full-Time:

 High-performing interns may receive full-time offers upon successful completion of the 6-month internship.Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of operations, sales, or project management.
  • Excellent business English communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Knowledge of CRM or project management tools (preferred).
  • Education:

     Pursuing a Master’s (MBA/Operations/Healthcare Management or related) 

    or

     completed a Bachelor’s in a related field.
  • Prior internship/work experience in operations or related areas is an advantage.
  • Location:

     Candidates based in Noida preferred (on-site role).
