🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Development Intern – Nerova At Nerova , we’re building something a little different — India’s first Custom-fit Sisal car mat brand, handcrafted in Alleppey, Kerala. We use natural sisal fibre imported from Tanzania (the same fibre once used inside classic Porsches and Rolls-Royce interiors), and tailor every mat to the exact car model. If you like cars, design, or just well-made things… you’ll enjoy seeing what’s happening here. 😉 🔍 Role: Business Development Intern Location: Remote Compensation: Fixed pay + sales incentive on every sale (over and above the fixed amount) 🧩 What you’ll do Respond to inbound leads coming through Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media channels Do outbound outreach to potential customers via DMs, email, and social Help build and maintain a simple lead tracker / CRM Support small experiments in pricing, offers, and messaging to improve conversions Work directly on 0→1 growth experiments and daily sales ops 🙋‍♀️ You’ll fit this role if you Communicate clearly and confidently (especially over chat and DMs) Are curious about brands, D2C, or automotive Are comfortable reaching out to people and following up Take ownership, are organised, and like figuring things out Plus, if you like cars — even better.
