Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize, edit, and produce engaging short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and other social media platform. Create reels, shorts, explainer videos, testimonials, and motion graphics. Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand content goals and campaign narratives. Edit videos using transitions, color grading, subtitles, and music to enhance viewer engagement. Adapt video content into multiple formats and aspect ratios suitable for different platforms. Manage post-production workflows including editing, syncing audio, adding graphics, and final rendering. Stay updated on social media trends and implement innovative editing techniques. Maintain a consistent brand tone, aesthetic, and storytelling style across all video assets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience (5-10 years) as a video editor, preferably in health, wellness, or lifestyle content. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools. Strong understanding of social media video formats and platform-specific best practices. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent sense of timing, visual storytelling, and design aesthetics. Knowledge of animation and motion graphics is a plus. Basic understanding of scriptwriting and storyboarding is desirable.
