As a Marketing and Business Development Intern at HopeQure, you will support growth, operations, and cross-functional execution across the healthcare ecosystem. - Assist with day-to-day business development, marketing, and operational activities. - Coordinate with internal teams to support business management and service delivery. - Contribute to data analysis and process optimization to improve efficiency. - Provide operational support for sales and marketing initiatives. - Streamline communication between teams and clients. - Help with reports, documentation, and compliance checks. - Ensure smooth execution of customer support processes. Qualifications & Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Understanding of operations, sales, or project management. - Excellent business English communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organization and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). - Knowledge of CRM or project management tools is preferred. - Education: Pursuing a Masters (MBA/Operations/Healthcare Management or related) or completed a Bachelors in a related field. - Prior internship/work experience in operations or related areas is an advantage. - Location: Candidates based in Noida preferred (on-site role).
