As an Intern Business Development at Apollo Radiology Intl. Pvt Ltd., your main responsibilities will include: - **Support Sales Team:** Assisting the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and maintaining customer relationships. - **Market Research:** Conducting market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive insights to inform sales strategies. - **Sales Outreach:** Reaching out to prospective clients via email, phone calls, and other communication channels to introduce our teleradiology services and schedule meetings for the sales team. - **Sales Collateral Development:** Assisting in the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and other collateral materials to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients. - **Data Management:** Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system. - **Customer Support:** Providing support to existing clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - **Collaboration:** Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and customer success to optimize sales processes and enhance the overall customer experience. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate - MBA/PGDM (Marketing) passouts As part of the internship, you should possess the following skills: - **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. - **Interpersonal Skills:** Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and colleagues. - **Analytical Skills:** Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making. - **Initiative:** Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - **Team Player:** Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. - **Tech Savvy:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
