Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing and Business Development Intern located in Pune. The intern will assist with market research, customer outreach, and lead generation activities. Responsibilities will include supporting sales strategies, contributing to marketing campaigns, and assisting with customer service operations to foster business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience or interest in Market Research and Sales
• Knowledge of or ability to develop Marketing Strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus
• Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to business development
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Work Schedule:

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• 2nd & 4th Saturday + All Sundays – Off
• Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Languages Required:

• English (Professional communication)
• Hindi
• Marathi (Preferred for regional communication)

Educational Eligibility:

• Students pursuing or recently completed graduation in:
• BBA / B.Com / B.Sc / BA
• MBA (Marketing / Business)
• Any other relevant undergraduate/postgraduate stream with interest in marketing, sales, or communication
