The intern will help drive marketing campaigns, identify business development leads, and support the rollout of new workshops and corporate engagements. Qualifications Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns for coaching sessions, workshops, webinars, and corporate training programs. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target customer groups aligned with the growth-oriented ethos of PDM. Support the management of social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement tracking. Help organize and promote interactive events that foster community learning and personal growth (online/offline). Collaborate with the founding team to refine business development pitches for potential clients and partners. Maintain databases of leads, track outreach efforts, and report on business development progress. Contribute creatively to branding initiatives, including digital assets, storytelling, and testimonials collection.
