Role Description

The intern will help drive marketing campaigns, identify business development leads, and support the rollout of new workshops and corporate engagements.

Qualifications

• Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns for coaching sessions, workshops, webinars, and corporate training programs.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target customer groups aligned with the growth-oriented ethos of PDM.
• Support the management of social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement tracking.
• Help organize and promote interactive events that foster community learning and personal growth (online/offline).
• Collaborate with the founding team to refine business development pitches for potential clients and partners.
• Maintain databases of leads, track outreach efforts, and report on business development progress.
• Contribute creatively to branding initiatives, including digital assets, storytelling, and testimonials collection.
• Engage with clients and workshop participants to gather feedback and amplify PDM’s impact through reviews and case studies.
