Key Responsibilities

• Client Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients across industries through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Lead Generation: Support the team in building a qualified client pipeline and maintaining a CRM database.
• Market Research: Conduct competitive and industry research to identify new market opportunities and client insights.
• Client Communication: Assist in client interactions, proposal follow-ups, and presentation support.
• Campaign Support: Coordinate with creative and strategy teams for marketing campaigns and pitch decks.
• Reporting: Track business development activities, performance metrics, and prepare weekly reports.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in client calling and pitching new ideas.
• Good understanding of marketing trends, advertising concepts, and digital platforms.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
