This is a full-time/part-time remote role for an International Business Development Manager at Ghosh and Bardhan Enterprise located in Kolkata . We are looking for a specialist whose core responsibility is to build and grow a steady pipeline of exporters and importers across India who trade with Bangladesh or plan to do so. • Company Description: Ghosh and Bardhan Enterprise is a Kolkata, India-based company established in 2021. The company specializes in export-import, customs clearance, transportation services, and freight forwarding. We operate from Petrapole Land Port , Southeast Asia’s largest land port and the primary trade gateway between India and Bangladesh . • Role Description: This is a full-time/part-time remote role, and your job is simple but demanding in execution, identify businesses engaged in Indo-Bangladesh trade, understand their shipping needs, and convert them into long-term clients for our logistics, customs, and freight services. This is a revenue-focused, field-driven role that requires strong commercial judgment, industry understanding, and the ability to build trust with exporters and importers who ship regularly. • Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in International Business Development and Marketing , Export-Import , Logistics , Freight Forwarding , or Customs -related roles. Practical understanding of Export-Import procedures. Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
