Location: On-site – Pune Mccia Swarget branch

Duration: 6 Months (Full-Time Internship)

Stipend: Depends on Student Profile & College Guidelines

Work Schedule:

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

2nd & 4th Saturday + All Sundays – Off

Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Languages Required:

English (Professional communication)

Hindi

Marathi (Preferred for regional communication)

Educational Eligibility:

Students pursuing or recently completed graduation in:

BBA / B.Com / B.Sc / BA

MBA (Marketing / Business)

Any other relevant undergraduate/postgraduate stream with interest in marketing, sales, or communication

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct industry-specific data research and generate client databases

Initiate communication with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn

Assist in client engagement and follow-up coordination

Support the marketing team in daily tasks and campaign execution

Work on CRM tools and lead tracking systems

Help prepare reports, presentations, and sales documentation

Maintain a professional and ethical approach to all communication

Required Skills:

Strong verbal & written communication

Confidence in client interaction and cold calling

Basic understanding of B2B sales & marketing

Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Quick learner and proactive attitude
